The most common violations in The Knolls are:

• Grass in flower beds
• Fence needs to be stained or repaired
• Yards need to be mowed
• Sheds and Patio Covers need ACC approval
• Trash cans need to be out of public view
  

If a home is in violation of any of the items listed above, the management company will contact the homeowner with a reminder of the corrective action that needs to be taken. If no corrective action is taken, there is a process for ensuring compliance that includes fines to the homeowner but is not enacted until the homeowner is notified of the violation and given the opportunity to take corrective action.
